2. Nature of Our Services

Bequesta provides general educational workshops, facilitated family-conversation sessions, document inventory tools, and community support programmes. Everything we offer is framed as general education, organising assistance, and peer community access.

Nothing delivered through our website or Services constitutes, or is intended to constitute, legal advice, financial advice, estate-planning advice, tax advice, or any other form of individually tailored professional advice. No professional-client relationship is formed between Bequesta and any participant.

We strongly encourage all participants to consult appropriate qualified professionals and official bodies for guidance on their own personal circumstances.

3. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

4. Bookings and Registrations

When you register for a workshop or programme, you will be asked to provide accurate contact details. Confirmation of your place is subject to availability and receipt of any applicable fees.

We reserve the right to decline a registration at our discretion, for example where a session is fully subscribed or where a participant's expectations fall outside the scope of general educational content.

5. Fees and Payment

Current pricing for our Services is displayed on our Solutions page and in any booking confirmation we send to you. All fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated to you at the point of booking. Fees must be received before your place is confirmed, unless we have agreed alternative arrangements in writing.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your place, please notify us as early as possible by email at [email protected]. Our ability to offer a rescheduled place or a credit depends on the notice given and the circumstances of the relevant session.

If Bequesta needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you promptly and offer either a rescheduled place or a full credit for the fees paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, workshop materials, and guides — is owned by or licensed to Bequesta. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Workshop participants may use materials shared in sessions for their own personal organising purposes. Materials may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Participant Conduct

Our workshops and community spaces are designed to be calm, respectful, and supportive. Participants are expected to engage with others considerately, refrain from sharing personal professional advice as if it were general guidance, and respect the privacy of fellow participants.

Bequesta reserves the right to ask any participant whose conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to withdraw from a session or programme. In such circumstances, fees will not be refunded.

Our website may contain links to external resources, government agencies, or professional directories. These links are provided for general information only. Bequesta does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.

10. Limitation of Liability
